Dressy casual. Ladies, this calls for sundresses or playful jumpsuits. Gents, ditch the denim, rock those chinos and collared shirts. Sharp heels are not advised since the festivities will be outdoors.
We invite you to celebrate our love with semi-formal garden party attire. For the ladies, think flowing dresses in airy pastels and vibrant floral prints. For the gents, think tailored suits in light fabrics. Jackets are cool, ties are optional. We're embracing the relaxed spirit of the summer garden--let your personality shine through!
Both! Weather-permitting, the welcome braai/bbq will be an al fresco evening. On the wedding day, our ceremony and reception will be held indoors. Cocktail hour will be outdoors on the lawn. The weather in Ireland in May tends to be mild with average highs of 15°C/59°F and average lows of 9°C/48°F. Although the days are long and bright, rain and wind are not uncommon. Please dress appropriately!
Children are welcome to attend the welcome braai/bbq on Sunday. However, we have decided to make the wedding ceremony and reception an adults-only event. Onsite babysitting services will be provided.
Lunch will not be provided before the ceremony at 3pm. Please make sure to eat a hearty breakfast or feel free to head into the charming town of Nenagh to grab a quick bite at one of the pubs or cafes.
We're so excited to celebrate with you! On both evenings of festivities, we've got everyone's first few rounds covered. Afterwards, there will be a cash (or card) bar available. And yes, there will be plenty of Guinness! Outside beverages are not permitted per the venue's request.
Check-in time is no earlier than 2PM.
Parking is available onsite at Ashley Park House for all guests free of charge.
