Here are the dishes of choice. -Stuffed Chicken Breast with Spinach, Mushrooms + Boursin -Sesame-Crusted Salmon with a Ginger Glaze -Grilled Filet of Beef with a Merlot Demi-Glaze We have tried them all, each delicious.
