Please arrive by 4:00 PM for a prompt ceremony start at 4:30 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We recommend "Mountain Cocktail" attire: polished cocktail looks with a relaxed, mountain-inspired feel. Think cocktail dresses or elevated separates, and suits or dress shirts with slacks. Our ceremony will take place outdoors on the upper deck, with the reception indoors, so comfortable footwear and light layers are encouraged as evening temperatures can cool down.

To help us keep our celebration intimate, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. Thank you so much for understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you the chance to relax and enjoy the evening with us, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We've reserved a discounted room block for our guests at Denver Marriott West for your convenience. If you'd like to stay with other wedding guests, you can book using our special group rate through the link on our "Travel" page.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

While we’re not able to accommodate individual meal requests, we will be offering a variety of vegetarian and gluten-free options for guests to enjoy.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking available at the venue. If you choose to drive and decide to enjoy the bar, you’re welcome to leave your car parked overnight and return the following morning to retrieve it.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation to or from the venue. There is ample parking available, and guests are welcome to leave cars overnight and return the following morning if needed. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available.
