FAQs

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than September 1, 2023.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please do not bring a guest unless they are specifically named on your invitation or identified in the RSVP section on the website.

Question

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We love your kids, however, all wedding events on Saturday are adults-only. Your little ones are more than welcome to join us for brunch on Sunday! Thank you for understanding.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire, please!

Question

What's the transportation and parking situation?

Answer

There is ample free parking in the lot directly in front of the venue. However, we strongly recommend using a rideshare service.

Question

What's the weather like in San Jose?

Answer

Early October, it is still warm during the daytime, with temperatures dropping mildly at night. Though the reception will be indoors, we recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket to be safe.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00pm sharp. We ask that you arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to park, take your seat and enjoy live music.

Question

Can I take pictures during the wedding?

Answer

Please refrain from taking any photos during the ceremony. Once we finish the "I dos," you can take all the photos you want during cocktail hour and reception!

Question

Is the event indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

YES! As a fellow food allergy sufferer, Michele is very sympathetic to this. Please let us know of any allergies with your RSVP and/or reach out to Ben or Michele directly.

Question

Will Steve be at the wedding?

Answer

We love our boy, Steve, but he will not be in attendance. He booked a tee time that same day at Pebble Beach that he refuses to give up.
