Hotel

Rooms must be booked by December 30, 2025. Guest accommodations will be available at 3pm on arrival day and reserved until 11am on departure day.
Flight
If you're planning on flying, there is a local airport about 10-15 minutes away from Downtown Scranton and the hotel. For larger airports, you can fly into Philadelphia or Newark, which are both a little over 2 hours away, or of course any of the NYC airports which will add a little more time.
Travel Note
For all of our NYC friends, there is a bus that goes from Port Authority Bus Terminal to the Scranton Bus Terminal, which is just a short 3 minute ride from the hotel. Martz Bus makes about 10 trips to and from the city to Scranton every day!
