What is formal attire?

Answer

Formal attire is suits and floor or ankle length dresses. If you have a tux already in your closet, you’re more than welcome to join the groomsmen and wear it. Please avoid jeans, polos, or short dresses. The bridesmaids are wearing brown, so please also avoid wearing a brown dress if possible! For inspiration, you can reference the mood board above.

Directions and parking information

Please enter the address 217 East Edenton Street to Public Parking Lot 20 into your GPS. This lot is free on weekends. Drive to E.Edenton Street side of the lot and park. Walk across E.Edenton Street to Haywood Hall, and enter on New Bern Place.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving by 3:30pm to ensure you have ample time to park and be seated before our ceremony begins promptly at 4:00pm.

We absolutely adore your little ones! However, we’ve chosen to make this an adults-only celebration so that everyone can relax and fully enjoy the evening. All invitations will be thoughtfully addressed to those included in your party.

Yes, we'll be offering a complimentary open bar featuring beer and wine for all of our guests to enjoy throughout the celebration.
