Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be at Holy Rosary Chruch (510 River Avenue) at 2:15pm. A reception at the Caboto Centre (1055 Wilkes Avenue) will follow with cocktail hour beginning at 5pm.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Holy Rosary Chruch by 1:45pm to allow ample time to find parking and get seated before the procession begins at 2:15pm. Street parking fills up quickly, we recommend arriving early to secure a spot.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! A photo booth will also be present.

What time should I arrive for the reception?

Answer

Cocktail hour will begin at 5pm, the reception will begin at 6pm with dinner being served at 6:30pm. We recommend arriving before 6pm.

Is there parking at the Caboto Centre?

Answer

Yes! There is free parking and you are able to leave a vehicle overnight if you Uber/Taxi home. Please do not drink and drive.

Is the reception indoors?

Answer

The dinner portion of the reception is indoors. However, the Caboto centre does have a patio where cocktail hour will take place if the weather permits.

What should I wear?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal attire. Please do not wear white. Our wedding party will consist of pink, green and beige.

Is it open bar?

Answer

Yes! Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safe!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests foramlly invited on your wedding invitation will be accomodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accomodate you if you RSVP late. We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
