What should I wear?

Answer

Western themed, so have fun with it! No expectations on how formal you need to be, you can dress casual or dress it up. We just want you comfortable in what you are wearing, so you can dance the night away with us. Men in the wedding party are wearing jeans if that gives you any direction.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is outdoors, but should be fairly short. Shooting for 30 mins or less! If weather isn't ideal we have a covered outdoor area we will move the ceremony to. The reception will be hosted indoors.

Will there be food/drinks provided at cocktail hour?

Answer

Yes, we will have some light snacks, and drinks will be available.

What's on the dinner menu?

Answer

BBQ - Buffet Style - Pulled pork, smoked chicken, and some sides. Please let us know on your RSVP if you have any food allergies and we will do our best to accommodate!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If not already included when you go to RSVP, text or call Amanda and/or Michael to verify. We should be able to accommodate within reason.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes, kids are more than welcome, just know the music may get more "mature" as the night goes on. If you need them added to your RSVP, please reach out directly to Amanda.

Where should I sit at the Ceremony/Reception?

Answer

This event is open seating outside of immediate family, which those spaces will be marked reserved.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot available.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! There is a small ramp for access to the bathrooms.
