FAQs

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 10, 2026, to help us finalize our plans and ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We recommend semi-formal attire to match the elegant yet relaxed vibe of our Nashville celebration—think cocktail dresses, suits, or dressy separates, with comfortable shoes for any outdoor elements.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place indoors at The Estelle, ensuring a comfortable and weather-proof experience, while guests can also enjoy some outdoor areas for mingling and relaxation.

Question

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

The Estelle is located just one mile east of Downtown Nashville, across the Cumberland River; we suggest using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft for easy transportation—parking is limited, so carpooling is encouraged if driving. If you are planning on staying at a hotel while down here in Nashville, both The Waymore's Guest House and The Russel are a short walk to The Estelle.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow for seating and any last-minute preparations.

Question

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please note any allergies or dietary needs (such as vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free) when you RSVP so we can inform our caterers and ensure everyone enjoys the meal safely.

Question

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

To create an adults-only atmosphere for the evening, our wedding is child-free; we appreciate your understanding! If you have a question that isn't answered above, feel free to reach out to us directly—we're happy to help!
