Shuttle

Please be out front of the hotel to load the buses around 2:45pm. They will leave promptly at 3:00pm to head to the venue. The buses will shuttle everyone back to the hotel after the reception at 10:00pm.
Hotel
We have a roomblock here from Saturday, October 10 - Monday, October 12. Please book your room at this hotel as soon as possible. You can always cancel if you end up changing your mind on where to stay. Buses will be provided to and from the venue from this hotel. We have been informed that near the venue it is very difficult to get an Uber, so we recommend staying in this hotel. We have also been told this hotel can book up fast, so we highly recommend booking ASAP!
Hotel
If Springhill Suites becomes completely booked, this would be the next best hotel. It is a 15 minute walk or short Uber ride from Springhill Suites hotel where the shuttle buses will provide transportation to and from the venue. Please book ASAP as all hotels are filling up fast!
Flight
We recommend flying into Dulles (IAD) which is about a 30 minute drive from Gainesville and is easily accessible via Uber or Washington Flyers.
