St. Paul School of Princeton

218 Nassau Street, Princeton, NJ 08542

St. Paul’s is a special place in Princeton—it’s where Samantha went to school from kindergarten through 8th grade. The church and school are located right in Princeton and are filled with memories of childhood, lifelong friendships, and community. If you have a moment during the weekend, it’s a meaningful spot to stroll by and see a piece of her roots.

Conte's Pizza

339 Witherspoon Street, Princeton, NJ 08542

If you’re in the mood for some great pizza, be sure to stop by our favorite spot in Princeton. While you’re nearby, take a stroll through the historic Princeton Cemetery—you might even spot Aaron Burr’s grave (yes, that Aaron Burr). A little history with your lunch!

Hoagie Haven

242 Nassau Street, Princeton, NJ 08542

Head over to Hoagie Haven—hands down the best hoagie spot around (at least in our opinion!). You can’t go wrong with a classic Italian with hot peppers—Samantha and Michael’s go-to order—or go bold with one of their legendary creations like the Phat Lady or Dirty Sanchez. Trust us, it’s a Princeton must.

Princeton Battlefield State Park

500 Mercer Road, Princeton, NJ 08540

For a dose of Revolutionary War history and some peaceful green space, Princeton Battlefield State Park is worth a visit. This is the site of the Battle of Princeton, a key turning point in the war. It’s perfect for a walk, a picnic, or just soaking in some local history. Bonus: it’s a beautiful spot for photos if you're out exploring!

Princeton Canoe & Kayak Rental

483 Alexander Street, Princeton, NJ 08540

Looking for outdoor adventure? Kayak along the scenic Princeton Canal for a peaceful paddle past historic bridges and lush greenery. Along the canal, there are also beautiful trails perfect for walking or running. Fun fact: Michael has racked up serious mileage on these trails back in his track days, so whether you want a leisurely stroll or a good run, you’ll be in great company!

K | H Sporthorses

1479 Great Road, Montgomery, NJ 08540

If you’re looking to add a unique touch to your Princeton weekend, KH Sporthorses is the perfect spot! This is where Samantha loves to ride horses whenever she gets the chance. Whether you’re interested in a pony ride or just want a fun, memorable outing, KH Sporthorses offers a charming escape from the usual—and a great way to round out your visit.
