Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony spot (The Hall of Philosophy) is just a short and quite pleasant stroll away from the reception venue at the Athenaeum Hotel. If one in your party should need assistance the hotel will be able to help.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony begins at 3:30 PM. Because of the short walk required to get to the ceremony venue, we please ask that you arrive at least 20-30 minutes beforehand to have adequate time to park and walk over.
