We ask that all guests arrive to Hart Meadows Ranch no later than 4:30PM on Friday June 19, 2026.
We love you and can’t wait to celebrate together! To keep our day intimate and within our venue’s capacity, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding and for being part of our special day!
We adore your little ones, but to help us create the atmosphere we’re envisioning (and keep things running smoothly!), we’re only able to welcome children who are specifically named on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Both the ceremony and reception will be at Hart Meadows Ranch on Johns Island, SC. Weather permitting, we’ll say “I do” outdoors, followed by an open-air cocktail hour. The celebration will then move indoors for dinner and dancing!
Hart Meadows Ranch is about a 30-minute drive from downtown Charleston. We recommend getting an uber to the venue, but we will have busses to take guests back to the Embassy Suites after the reception. If you choose to drive (although we strongly advise against it), the venue allows cars to be parked overnight, but they must be picked up by 9:00 AM the next morning. While it’s usually easy to get an Uber to Johns Island, catching one back around 10 PM can be tricky, so we highly recommend arranging your exit plans in advance.
We kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire—think polished, stylish, and ready to celebrate! We also want everyone to be as comfortable as possible in the Charleston heat, so our short outdoor ceremony will include hand fans to help you stay cool before we head indoors for the reception.
The reception will end with a send-off at 10PM with alcohol service ending at 9:30PM. We are currently working on a plan for an "afterparty" at a King Street bar or club for those who want to keep the party going. Stay tuned!
