WHEN DO I RSVP BY?

Answer

To help with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by 3/28/25. If we do not receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as "no". We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand. The final date to book a room within our room block is also 3/28/25, after the specified date you can still book at the hotel however, you will not have our discounted room rates and may not be able to get on the shuttle to the venue.

WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE IT?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Arriving to the venue 20-30 minutes early is a great idea to be sure you're able to find the venue, get parked, and settle in before it begins. A shuttle service to and from the wedding venue will be available for guests who book within our room block.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

Answer

We love your little ones, we really do! However, we respectfully request no little ones on this night. We hope you take the opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

CAN I BRING A +1

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for the evening. Colors to avoid: We kindly ask that guests avoid the color white Men - suits Women- semi/formal or cocktail dresses

Please specify on your invitation of your food allergies and we will let the catering staff know!

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

YES! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! Get ready to celebrate with us on the dance floor!

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony". This means we are asking all phones and other devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony so all guests can be 100% present with us during this time. After the Ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want and we promise to share our ceremony photos as soon as possible!
