4:30! Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early so there’s plenty of time to be seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM. We want to make sure everyone is comfortably in place and ready to celebrate with us!
To help everyone relax, celebrate, and enjoy the evening, we have arranged complimentary shuttle transportation between our hotel block and the venue. Buses will depart promptly at 4:00 PM from the hotel block and bring guests directly to the venue. At the end of the night, shuttles will also be available to return guests to the hotel. Even if you're not staying at the hotel, you're welcome to Uber, carpool, or have someone drop you off and take advantage of the shuttle service! Uber availability is not reliable in Larkspur late at night, so we strongly encourage guests to utilize the provided transportation! And, with transportation taken care of and an open bar waiting for you, we encourage everyone to leave the driving to us and enjoy the celebration! Please plan accordingly, as the buses will depart on time and we don't want anyone to miss the ride! 🩵
The ceremony will be held entirely outdoors, so kindly plan accordingly for the weather. Dinner will be indoors, with dancing taking place both inside and outside throughout the evening!
We want you to feel both fabulous and comfortable! Please come dressed to impress, but also ready to move and groove. After all, we'll be dancing the night away!
While we love your little ones, we’ve chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. This allows all our guests (especially parents!) to relax, enjoy the evening, and celebrate with us to the fullest. We hope you understand and can join us for a fun, grown-up night out!
