Will transportation be provided to & from wedding venue?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding ceremony and hotels. Schedule: Hilton Garden Inn - 3:30pm Best Western - 3:35pm Holiday Inn Express - 3:40 Hyatt Place is in walking distance to Best Western Shuttle Pickup. Please board the shuttle from your booked hotel. The Inn at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club has shuttles that run to the venue every 10-15 minutes. Details will be provided at check-in.

Is there parking available at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary parking at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club for the reception! Please look for signs directing you to the Sunset Ballroom. If you are staying at the Inn, there are shuttles from the hotel to the Sunset Ballroom running all evening long.

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

Although we would love to include your children in our special day, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted numbers. We hope you are able to join us anyway and enjoy a relaxed evening with friends and family.

Yes, the ceremony will take place on the Sunset Ballroom lawn, weather permitting.
