Question

Is there a dress code for the wedding reception?

Answer

Black Tie Optional- All Black We ask that all our guests come dressed in black. Men can wear a suit and women wear an evening gown (floor length) or midi cocktail dress.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

While we love your children, our wedding will be adults only. Thank you.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

We have limited guest capacity at our venue and will not be allowing plus ones for our wedding. Thank you for understanding.

Will there be alcoholic beverages?

Answer

There will be alcoholic beverages available. Please make sure to bring your ID if you wish to order from the bar. Every guest will be asked for identification if they are consuming alcohol. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for all guests.

Where can I find the wedding registry?

Answer

Our wedding registry can be found on the Registry tab. We humbly ask our guests to contribute towards our honeymoon if they would like to get us a gift. No boxed gifts please.

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will be held in Auburn, CA and Meadow Vista, CA in the late fall. Weather is typically cooler (high of 60's F and low of 40's F) during this time of year.

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet-style dinner with various meat options and salads with vegan and gluten-free options.

Are there hotels or lodging nearby?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved room blocks for our guests at both Best Western Golden Key and Springhill Suites- Auburn. Please check the Travel tab for more information and discounted rates.
