We are hosting an open bar from 5pm until 9 pm. In addition we have tipped our bartender well so we discourage you from feeling obligated to tip.
We knew we wanted a country western wedding with an outdoor rustic feel. When we first visited Horse Power For Kids it felt comfortable and right to us. Not only do we both share a love of the outdoors but we are both animal lovers. Besides weddings are expensive - we are thrilled that our venue fees go towards helping support horse therapy for children in need!
When they decided to go with a country western theme these two jumped in with both feet. We highly encourage you to join them, pull out those cowboy boots, cowboy hats and your best pair of jeans! If that’s not your style, they totally understand. All we ask is that you keep in mind this is outdoors, it’s in Florida and it’s November! Average temp over the years that day is 74 degrees! Also this is still a wedding and a whole lot of thought, time, and expense went into it. The most important thing to them is that you are sharing this special day with us… the rest is completely up to you!
After a recent move across the country which included the joining of two well stocked homes, and then adding Jason’s collection of 52 years this couple is still unpacking boxes, and trying to figure out what they really need and where to put it. The thought of a registry actually scared them! But when the topic of a honeymoon came up, boy you should see how quickly their eyes light up! If y’all really want to make their day, keep it simple - make a donation to their honeymoon stash!
