What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire. Feel free to add light layers in case it’s chilly.

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.

Do you have a hotel room block for guests?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a room block ONLY for the night of the wedding. The hotel is happy to be flexible if you’d like to arrive earlier or extend your stay. To ensure you receive the discounted wedding rate for all nights of your visit, please reach out to the hotel’s Director of Sales and Marketing before booking (Laurie Hay - laurie.hay@thehotelamerica.com or 425-363-3803). Will transportation be provided for the wedding day?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have a shuttle running between the Snoqualmie Inn by Hotel America and the venue. Details and pickup times will be provided at the hotel upon check-in.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! Free self-parking will be available on-site, and a shuttle will run between the Snoqualmie Inn by Hotel America and the venue.

Yes! We’re excited to celebrate together! Kindly let us know if your children will be joining.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Are there events happening outside of the wedding day?

Answer

Yes! We’d love for you to stay and celebrate with us all weekend. Check out the “Schedule” tab to see the full itinerary.

Do I have to stay for the whole weekend?

Answer

Not at all! We’d love for you to join us for as much of the weekend as you can, but there’s no pressure to stay the entire time.

Question

There are no more hotel rooms available in the block. What should I do?

Answer

If the reserved block is full, please reach out to the hotel directly. They may still have rooms available outside of the block, and the Director of Sales and Marketing can be reached directly via email or phone (Laurie Hay - laurie.hay@thehotelamerica.com or 425-363-3803) to help in securing the discounted rate if possible.

Can I change my RSVP after submitting it?

We understand that things happen. Please contact the bride or groom directly as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
