very easy plenty of transfer websites available to book online in either shuttle style or private to and from cancun to tulum as well as any taxi in airport will take you you may also rent a car although we dont recommend tulum is small and u can walk to most stuff

someone told me that there is no air conditioner in the hotels in tulum

most hotels have air conditioner in every room only at night from 8pm-9am roughly keep in mind you wont need ac in the day hotels on the beach and breezy plus who spends the day in the room all day

can we stay outside of tulum in mexican riviera

yes but keep this in mind we are getting married in tulum beach hotel zone and will be staying there riviera is a good 45 min drive in and out

no this is a private beach venue all to ourselves for the day

In actual tulum beach where the wedding is being held no. There is dreams tulum and few others which are actually not in tulum they are approx 25-30 min drive away from the wedding and tulum beach hotel zone

How do we get around down there once in tulum

If staying on the beach walking or bike is best way to get around keep in mind tulum is rugged so streets are bumpy and sandy and dusty wear comfortable sandles/ shoes Lady’s no high heals

Yes most places take it or even credit card but keep in mind u will do better pricing with pesos so exchange money when there
