FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 18th 2026 by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Formal attire is encouraged. This means we recommend an evening gown or cocktail dress for women and a suit for men - whatever makes you feel your best!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. Please plan to arrive between 3:00 -3:15 PM to ensure you have plenty of time to find a seat and settle in. Onsite parking on the street or in the lot behind the St. Francis school building

Question

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We anticipate the ceremony will conclude at 4:15 PM. Please plan for rush hour traffic when traveling between locations. We recommend checking in or freshening up at the hotel before taking the shuttle to the reception. For those of you not staying at the hotel, there is a bar in the first floor of the wedding venue that will be open prior to cocktail hour. Feel free to stop in to get the celebrations started!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We'd love to include everyone, but due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones but this is an adults only event. Enjoy a night off and come ready to party!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely, reach out to the bride or groom with any allergy related concerns.
