How many people can I bring with me?

Answer

Check invite on website. If there is someone you want to bring with you who is not listed as a plus one or child under your name, please check with the bride/groom to see if you are able to bring them.

Yes! Supplied by Artesia Brewery (if you want drinks, bring cash/card)

What is the weather normally during this time of year?

Answer

Normally lower 80s during the day and can be humid. Be prepared for inclement weather just in case!

Indoor/outdoor ceremony?

Answer

As long as weather is permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held indoors (but will be exposed to the outside temperatures)

What if I can’t make it to the wedding?

We will miss you! If you are unable to make it to the wedding please let us know ASAP and RSVP “No” so that we can plan accordingly.

Are the ceremony and reception area wheelchair accessible?

Will there be vegan options available at the reception?

Yes! We will be updating the website with further information about the menu as soon as it is finalized.

Will there be transportation available from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

No, we will not be providing extra transportation, so we ask that you please plan accordingly.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes! If you post pictures, please caption them with our hashtag #cilokapkewedding so we can keep track of all of the photos! However, we ask that you please DO NOT have your phones/cameras out during the ceremony, as we would prefer that time to be phone-free. There will be a few minutes immediately after the ceremony to take pictures while the bride and groom are still in front of the guests.
