What time should I arrive by?

Please be sure to arrive by 4:30pm EST, as our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm EST.

What attire should I wear?

Please wear formal attire.

Are there any colors you prefer me not to wear?

Other than the traditional, "don't wear white" rule, there is no color off limits.

Have you reserved rooms?

Answer

Yes, there is a room block at the Holiday Inn of Martinsburg that is not too far from the venue. Please be sure to use the booking under the Trae Yates and Michael Roach wedding block.

Is there parking available near the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking at the venue.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception both will take place indoors.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please only bring a plus one if you were provided with the option to bring a plus one.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Children under the age of 15 are permitted but not welcome and parents are warned that the venue is not safe for children. We would be devastated if any children were hurt at the venue, so we ask that this request is adhered to by guests.

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?
