When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP window has closed. However, due to assigned seating if anything changes with regards to attendance, guests, no longer able to attend please let us know at your earliest convenience. Thanks in advance.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please refer to travel and lodging tab on website for lodging recommendations. The Meadow Creek Lodge wedding venue has a limited number of rooms that we are coordinating and all rooms have been filled. Please do not call the venue with regards to rooms but rather let us know any questions you may have and we can address.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception? UPDATED 8/16/18

REVISED ANSWER: Parking for the Wedding Ceremony and Reception will be at the Meadow Creek Lodge and Event Center, 13438 Berry Hill Lane Pine CO 80470. Please plan on arriving at 3:30 pm to allow time to park, enjoy some snacks and be seated for the ceremony starting at 4:00 pm.

Is there a dress code? UPDATED 8/16/18

REVISED ANSWER: Mountain Chic For women, mountain chic can include but not limited to a dress, or a blouse and skirt or dressy slacks/nice jeans or Capri's okay. Ladies also keep in mind the appropriate footwear for the outdoor elements. Heels not recommended. Men's mountain chic attire can include but not limited to a sport coat, button-down shirt, polo and trousers/khakis / nice jeans are okay.
