When do I need to reserve my room by and what are the payment options?

Answer

The deadline to reserve a room for our room block is June 20, 2022. We strongly suggest reserving your room ASAP with an initial deposit of $200. First payment is due June 25, 2022. Final payment in full is due October 1, 2022 **Please note that when selecting the option of the payment plan, it will be customized as per your initial deposit! Do not hesitate to reach out to our travel agent for ANY questions and/or concerns!

Are kids invited?

Answer

While the day of our wedding is on the adult-only side, we would love to have our friends and families little ones celebrate with us on the beach throughout the rest of our stay! Unfortunately ONLY on the day of the wedding, anyone under the age of 18 will be unable to attend the wedding events. We are happily offering our guests with little ones SAFE and ON-SITE child care accommodations at the family-friendly side, Dreams Playa Mujeres. More details are available through our travel agents website. Don't forget, all guests over the age of 18 have FULL ACCESS to BOTH family-friendly and adults-only resorts and are only walking distance away!

How far apart are Secrets Playa Mujeres and Dreams Playa Mujeres?

Answer

Walking distance!!! Both resorts are walking distance from each other and are easily accessible to our guests over the age of 18!!!

Airport transportation?

Answer

Arrangements for round trip airport transportation is available and is strongly encouraged to book through our travel agent!

Travel insurance?

Answer

While we would LOVE to think that these crazy past 2 years couldn't get any worse, we don't know what the future has in store. We strongly encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance when reserving their room through our travel agent!

COVID testing/vaccines?

Answer

At the moment, Mexico does NOT require proof of a negative covid testing prior to entering the country. However, proof of a negative covid test is required to return to the United States one day before departure date and is available on-site at the resort! We will keep our guests informed and ask to check back when it gets closer! **This is subject to change**

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Formal cocktail attire – please dress to impress! For the ladies: maxi dresses, cocktail dresses, or jumpsuits. For the guys: summer suits, blazers, or dress shirts with slacks. Please avoid sandals, shorts, caps, short sleeve shirts.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

By reserving your room through our travel agent, we will assume a yes BUT, we ask that ALL guests, yes AND no, to RSVP through the RSVP tab at the top of the page. Please remember that if you RSVP "yes" to reserve your room ASAP, as those who do not reserve a room by the deadline will be changed from "yes" to "no"

What if I cannot travel the pre-selected dates listed for the room blocks?

Answer

No worries! On our personalized travel agents website, there is an option to customize the dates you would like to travel! Just input all the requested information and she will contact you a quoted price and payment plan!
