All because two people swiped right!

Well after being pressured by friends for the 2nd or 3rd time, I caved and restarted my Tinder journey. To say there were some interesting and undesirable dates prior to May 11, 2019 would be an understatement. However, on May 11th, my life was forever changed. Not only did the conversation flow naturally we also had an audience, neither of us knew about lol. Well, Michael knew all his friends were present as most worked/hung out at the brewery but, his boss happened to be there too. Michael's boss texted him "how's the date backwards hat guy?" Halfway through the date (around the 2 hour mark, yes 2 hours!), I saw a co-worker’s wife going to the restroom and then received a text from said co-worker asking if I was on a date? I replied yes and I think it's going well! I then started scanning the room and found my entire pediatric clinic team at a table adjacent to ours. Now it is a running joke that we both had eyes on us in case the other happened to be crazy, but in reality it was just him that needed back up (wink, wink). Three years, a deployment, a move across country, and a baby later here we are! We hope you will join us in celebrating this joyous occasion.
