When do I need to RSVP by?

We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Please let us know if you’ll be joining us by August 14, 2026 so we can save you a seat, a slice of cake, and a spot on the dance floor.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. We ask that you allow sufficient time to get parked and arrive at the ceremony site to be seated by 3:45 pm. If you are not seated at the start of the ceremony, you will be asked to wait in the lobby for cocktail hour to begin.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony is planned to take place outdoors in the courtyard, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, it will be moved indoors.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We'd love for our guests to dress in cocktail attire to celebrate with us. Our wedding colors are hunter green, black, gold, and white, so feel free to join the vibe with rich, classic tones and elevated style. Most importantly, wear something you feel confident and comfortable in while celebrating with us!

Is there transportation to the wedding?

No, Transportation is not provided to the wedding.

Is there parking on-site.
Answer
Parking is available for a fee. Option #1: 7 Corners Parking Ramp (adjacent to hotel) has 300 parking spots available and accepts Credit Card payments only. Option #2: Jewel of India surface lot (across the street from the hotel) 100 parking spaces available. Accepts Cash or Credit Option #3: Corner Bar surface lot (across the street from hotel) 60 parking spaces available. Accepts Credit Card payment only. *Pricing and availability subject to change based on other events in the area. These parking areas are not affiliated with the hotel.

Are children invited?

We kindly request an adults-only celebration so that all of our guests can relax, enjoy the festivities, and be fully present with us on our special day. Children in our immediate families and those in the wedding party will be attending. Thank you for understanding.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Absolutely! Cocktail hour is on us, so grab a drink and kick off the celebration. Once cocktail hour ends, the bar will transition to a cash bar. Don't forget to bring a few dollars to show some love to our amazing bartenders; they'll be helping keep the good times flowing all evening!

Can I bring a guest?

As much as we'd love to include everyone, we have carefully planned our wedding with a specific guest count in mind. For that reason, we can only accommodate those guests named within your RSVP. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you.
