What time should I arrive at the venue?
Answer
Please arrive no earlier than 4:00 pm (16:00) as the venue will be unable to accommodate super early birds. We ask all guests be seated by 4:25 pm (16:25) so the ceremony can promptly commence at 4:30 pm (16:30)! Any late guests will NOT be seated for the ceremony, please plan accordingly!

What will the weather be like for the wedding?
Answer
We are getting married in the Summer in Pennsylvania, we suggest you plan for warm weather. Historically in Leola, temperatures on a summer day range between 65°F to 85°F so assure you hydrate before you arrive!

Is there parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there are over 100 parking spots and 4 handicapped parking spots available at the venue. PLEASE NOTE: The venue also has a restaurant and spa located and operating on site so parking spots may not be guaranteed for all guests!

Answer
No, we kindly ask that players under level 21 remain at your personal lair!

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
No, we kindly ask that rogue players do not accompany you to this sacred gathering. Any rogue players will be greeted with a banishment spell.

What is being served for dinner?
Answer
TBD! The Bride and Groom will be attending a 3 hour tasting tour in September to hand select their one of a kind menu!

Are outside food and beverage allowed?
Answer
No, please do not bring any outside food or drinks into the ceremony or reception sites as they are not permitted. We promise we will have plenty of delicious refreshments readily available for everyone!

What if I have a dietary restriction or food allergy?
Answer
We have selected a vegetarian entrée for our guests with dietary needs and we will have multiple hors d’oeuvres available. Please list any personal dietary restrictions or allergens on your RSVP and we will be happy to accommodate you further if needed!

Will there be an open bar or cash bar?
Answer
Our reception will have an open bar stocked with premium liquor, aged wines, local beers, and fan-favorite seltzers for your tasting pleasure! Special events, such as the rehearsal dinner and brunch, will have cash bars available to those who wish to indulge!

Is there a hotel room block?
Answer
For full lodging details, please see the Travel page! Yes, there is a hotel block reserved at The Inn at Leola Village for wedding guests, but there are a limited number of available rooms. There are also multiple hotels located a short drive from the venue.

What is the dress code?
Answer
While there is no specific dress code, we ask our guests to dress to impress in suits and dresses! To match our aesthetic, we urge you to be inspired by romantic, whimsical, medieval fantasy and adorn the following colors if possible: Michael’s Family- Light and Medium Purples Shaelyn’s Family- Reds and Maroons Friends of the Couple- Medium and Dark Greens

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?
Answer
Yes and no. If you are bringing a CARD, YES you can bring it as we will have a card box to keep it protected. If you are bringing an ITEM or OTHER GIFT, NO please do not bring it with you as we do not have a way to prevent it from getting damaged through the duration of the night. Please reach out to the Newlyweds to plan a time to meet in person instead!

Can I take photos and videos of the wedding?
Answer
Yes and no, we kindly ask that our guests be present during the ceremony and remain phone free (only half an hour). Feel free to take as many photos and videos of the reception and after party as you please, just make sure to send the Newlyweds pics or it didn’t happen!

Can I share photos on social media?
Answer
Yes, please share any and all photos and videos you take of our special day on any platform! Please make sure you tag the Newlyweds in any photos you post of them so they can relive their unforgettable night through your eyes!
