We are getting married in the Summer in Pennsylvania, we suggest you plan for warm weather. Historically in Leola, temperatures on a summer day range between 65°F to 85°F so assure you hydrate before you arrive!
Yes, there are over 100 parking spots and 4 handicapped parking spots available at the venue. PLEASE NOTE: The venue also has a restaurant and spa located and operating on site so parking spots may not be guaranteed for all guests!

We have selected a vegetarian entrée for our guests with dietary needs and we will have multiple hors d’oeuvres available. Please list any personal dietary restrictions or allergens on your RSVP and we will be happy to accommodate you further if needed!
Our reception will have an open bar stocked with premium liquor, aged wines, local beers, and fan-favorite seltzers for your tasting pleasure! Special events, such as the rehearsal dinner and brunch, will have cash bars available to those who wish to indulge!

Yes and no. If you are bringing a CARD, YES you can bring it as we will have a card box to keep it protected. If you are bringing an ITEM or OTHER GIFT, NO please do not bring it with you as we do not have a way to prevent it from getting damaged through the duration of the night. Please reach out to the Newlyweds to plan a time to meet in person instead!
Yes and no, we kindly ask that our guests be present during the ceremony and remain phone free (only half an hour). Feel free to take as many photos and videos of the reception and after party as you please, just make sure to send the Newlyweds pics or it didn’t happen!
