Question

For which dates are the Hotel rooms blocked?

Answer

We blocked a minimum of 10 rooms from the 17th of June to the 19th.

Question

Can we stay longer than the blocked dates at the hotel?

Answer

Absolutely! However it is not included in the block price.

Question

Do we need to use the DoubleTree Hotel/Travel agent?

Answer

Of course not. The DoubleTree is located within walking distance of The Grand. We had wanted to make things as easy on you as possible by providing quick links to get you started. If you find something cheaper or in a different location that you'd prefer to stay at by all means, please do so.

Can we bring our children?

Answer

Yes, we just ask that you contact us and let us know how many kids you will be bringing with you. Keeping in mind there are approx. 6-8 children possibly in attendance and ages ranging from 1-11.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please contact us by May 18th so we can see about making accommodations.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, if you have not received a "+1" on your RSVP then please do not bring a person not accounted for. We have limited space and any extra persons add cost and take space we may not have.

Will masks be required?

Answer

We will follow Delaware State mandates and encourage non vaccinated guests to wear masks, but we will not be enforcing masks unless required by State Mandates.

When is the Wedding?

Answer

We are holding a small private ceremony at a different location. During the cocktail hour there will be a recording of the ceremony playing.
