Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM and we kindly ask all guests to arrive by 3:15 PM. If you're traveling from out of town, please allow extra time for traffic.
There will be a brief break between the ceremony & cocktail hour. Feel free use this time to check in at the hotel or grab a drink on Main Street in Farmingdale! See "things to do" tab for some bar recommendations!
The dress code is Black Tie Optional. For men, a tuxedo is welcome, but not required. A dark suit is perfectly fine! For women, midi to floor length dresses.
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Feel free to drop your bags off early or check in after the ceremony to avoid any rush.
Yes! Shuttles will run between the Hilton Garden Inn and the Heritage Club, with a stop at the after party and a final pickup from the after party at the end of the night. Please note that shuttles will not be running to or from the ceremony, but there are plenty of Ubers and Lyfts available in the area if needed.
Yes! There’s a parking lot available at St.James and valet parking will be provided at the Heritage Club.
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your invitation.
We have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event with the exception of the kids in the bridal party.
