Michael and Sarah met for the first time on May 17, 2017 for coffee in New Brunswick after chatting on a popular dating site. It was a warm spring day, so they decided to sit outside and sparks flew right away. It was Sarah who asked for a second date, sushi in Red Bank, but she was so late getting there with traffic that Michael was just about ready to call it quits. But fate lent a hand: Michael stayed, Sarah made it, and the rest is history. Almost three years later, on a chilly Valentine's Day evening in the spot where they shared their first kiss, Michael got down on one knee and asked for Sarah's hand.
