What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Guests may begin arriving at 5:30pm. Ensure you eat something light as dinner will start around 7:45pm.

Semi-formal (dress shirt & slacks, tie optional, blazer, dress, tasteful jumpsuit, comfortable dress shoes)

Good question! Ceremony and reception will be held indoors, cocktail hour will be outdoors.

Will transportation to the venue be provided?

Answer

Yes! there is a shuttle service from the hotel to the venue before and after the wedding! First bus leaves hotel at 5:30pm and last bus comes back to the hotel at 11:15pm.

We kindly ask that all guests be over the age of 16.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes! There is a spacious parking lot in front of the venue. No payment necessary.
