Who should I reach out on the day of the wedding for any questions or issues that arise?

Answer

On the day of the wedding, please reach out to our wedding coordinator, Anne Ford, at (619) 318-6831 for any last minute questions or issues. The bride and groom truly want to remain as present as possible and will not be on their phones.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Unless their name is specifically listed on the envelope and our website, we could not accommodate your plus-one due to our venue's dining capacity. All invited guests will have their individual names addressed on the envelope and on the website when the QR code is scanned to RSVP.

Where should I stay?

Answer

As of 7/24/25, our hotel block at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort is sold out. For other lodging options on Coronado Island, please check out: The Glorietta Bay Inn, Coronado Beach Resort, Best Western Plus Suites Hotel Coronado Island, Coronado Island Marriott Resort & Spa, Hotel Del Coronado. We apologize that it filled up so quickly!

What time should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4pm so we recommend arriving by 3:30pm in order to enjoy some champagne and get a seat with a beautiful view of the bay! Please arrive no later than 3:50pm in order to start on time. *There is a home Padres game at 5:40pm so please plan accordingly for heavy traffic if not staying on the island*

Can we bring our children?

Answer

Although we adore your little ones, we can only accommodate the children of immediate family who are listed on the invitation. We hope to provide a fun night off for all of you wonderful parents!

What should I wear?

Answer

Please dress in semi-formal attire-- we can't wait you see your beautiful dresses and suits! Bridesmaids will be in light yellow and light green dresses. Although it may be hot during the day, September nights can get pretty chilly, so we recommend bringing a jacket or shawl!

How should I get to and from the venue?

Answer

The venue has free parking in a spacious, open lot where you can leave your car overnight. We will be providing transportation to and from the Loews Hotel. SHUTTLE WILL PICK UP AT LOBBY. PLEASE TEXT JOSE AT +1 (619) 564-2063.If you choose to stay elsewhere or keep the party going, Ubers and Lyfts are always a great option!
