Guests may begin arriving at 4:30 PM. This will give you plenty of time to get settled before the ceremony begins promptly at 5pm.
Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation.
Men: Tuxedos preferred, but a dark suit with a bow tie is also appropriate! Women: Floor-length dresses are encouraged. All colors and patterns are welcome, pastels are encouraged to fit the spring time garden atmosphere, please just avoid wearing white.

Yes! Newport is about a 30-minute drive from our venue at Shepherd’s Run and offers a wide range of hotels and Airbnbs. However, please note that transportation will not be provided between Newport and the ceremony/reception, so guests staying there will need to arrange their own travel (driving or rideshare services like Uber/Lyft).
Absolutely! Join us whenever you arrive in town and feel free to arrive as you are if needed—we’ll just be so happy to see you.
Of course! Narragansett has plenty of hotels and Airbnbs to choose from.
