Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle service will be provided from and to the hotel. For whoever is driving back home, there is valet parking when entering the venue.

Are there any precautions taken due to COVID-19?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception are outdoors! We will have a third of the venues capacity so there is plenty of space to walk around in the fresh air. We will have hand sanitizer throughout the space and servers will be wearing masks. Face coverings for guest are not mandatory since there is enough space to social distance, but whoever desires to wear one is more than welcome to. We have added extra tables to give everyone additional space. Masks will be available for whoever needs to use the restroom. If you have any specific concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us. WE ASK ANYONE WHO DOESNT FEEL WELL TO NOT ATTEND.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 4:45 and 5pm. Guests can either walk from the valet area to the ceremony space or take a golf cart.
