Where should I stay?
Answer
We have arranged a room block for guests at Towneplace Suites Marriott located in North Kingstown (55 Gate Rd, North Kingstown, RI 02852). Rooms have been reserved for $259 per night with a 2-night minimum for Friday 9/22 and Saturday 9/23. Room rates include: -Complimentary breakfast -Complimentary on-site parking -Complimentary Guest Wireless Internet Access Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at 401-667-7500 or by following the directions at this link: https://rb.gy/encuk Arrangements must be made on or before 9/22/23. A shuttle will be provided as transportation to guests to the Hotel Viking for the ceremony and reception, and back to the TownePlace Suites at the end of the evening. Additionally, we have a block of rooms at the Hotel Viking that are available. Accommodations can be made by following this link: https://rb.gy/4ol0g or by calling the hotel directly at 800-556-7126 to reserve a room by phone. Accommodations must be arranged by 8/8/2023.

How to get to the venue from TownePlace Suites?
Answer
Transportation will be provided from the TownePlace Suites to the Hotel Viking. Please meet at 4:30 in the lobby of the TownePlace Suites and take the Charter Mini-Coach.

We encourage guests to stay and have a drink with us at the bar in the lobby of the Hotel Viking!

We invite you to come and have brunch with us back at the Hotel Viking! Feel free to stop by and join us anytime between 10:00-12:00 in the Bellevue Ballroom at the Hotel Viking. Let us know if you can make it when you submit your RSVP.
