Question

How many guests can I bring?

Answer

Only what is allowed on the invitation. If it is only your name on the RSVP, then you will only be allowed you to RSVP yourself.

What happens If i forget to RSVP?

Answer

While we understand you might forget we are firm on our RSVP date. We suggest using the QR code as soon as possible to avoid forgetting and being locked out of the system and unable to attend. No RSVP will be treated as if the guest declined.

What happens if I forget to RSVP and I show up anyway?

Answer

We have a lot of friends and family but chose you to be present for our special day. When you don’t RSVP that makes room for another friend we may not originally had space for. If you do not RSVP but still show up we will sadly not be able to provide a seat or food since we must give our final counts to our venue in advance and you may be kindly asked to leave since our venue can only hold so many guests.

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress code is semi-formal. We understand that its Halloween but please save your costumes for a different event. Absolutely no Jeans, Tee shirts, or Sneakers. Ladies please refrain from wearing Red or Burgundy. And Gentlemen please refrain from wearing Pin Stripes

Will there be parking?

Answer

There is a designated parking area at the Balmoral Event Center. We suggest arriving early as the invitation states to have ample time to park, mingle, and find a seat.

Is there a room block?

Answer

No, we are not making accommodations for our guests, we do have some recommendations for those of you out of town or state. Please note we do not want to be liable or responsible for your experience, or financial decisions. There are plenty of hotel stays local in the vicinity.

Can you smoke on property?

There are designated areas and will be discussed day of.

What if I cannot find a babysitter?

Answer

This is unfortunate, but our event is 21+. Please plan accordingly to make the proper plans plenty of time before the needed RSVP.

Will there be a Gift registry?

Answer

In lieu of a gift registration, we are asking for donations for our Honey Moon fund.

This is Florida what if there is less than ideal weather?

Answer

While the Ceremony will take place in an outside Garden setting the Reception and Cocktail Hour will be in the comfortable AC of the Balmoral Event Center Ballrooms. All areas of the wedding are located on ground level and easily accessible to one another.

Will I be able to smoke while there?

Answer

Smoking is available only in designated smoking areas at the event center, please ask a member of the wedding party or a member of the Balmoral Team to show you where they are located. Please be mindful and dispose of your smoking waste in the appropriate containers as there is a fine associated with littering.

What are some prohibited items?

Answer

Weapons of any kind will not be allowed on premises, outside alcohol is not prohibited. If for some reason you bring in a prohibited item not only will we ask you to leave, you may incur a fine. We are all here to celebrate and have fun, please adhere to state laws and follow proper wedding code of conduct.
