A true Covid love story… Mike and I met on hinge in April 2021 in NYC. I had messaged him on April 23rd, not knowing it was his birthday, and if you know Mike and how he doesn’t like to share personal details, he didn’t even mention it to me! A week later we had our first date at The Daisy on the Upper East Side and we knew there was an instant connection. We talked for hours and realized right away how much we valued family, friends, and that we were both in search of that special someone to share all of life’s big moments with. We continued to date into the summer and Mike officially asked me to be his girlfriend at none other than The Parker House basement down at the shore. That next year we spent exploring NYC, especially in the Upper East Side where we both lived. We loved trying restaurants and bars, picnicking in Central Park and walking along the East River. In August 2022 we moved into our first apartment together in the Financial District and just made our second move together to Hoboken this past September. Throughout the years we’ve loved traveling and exploring new places, enjoying summer beach days on Long Island and hiking trails in Westchester. Over the past couple of years our worlds slowly meshed into one - we had found our person, our one true love, and we knew we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together. This past March, Mike popped the question during another family weekend home in Westchester. He surprised me with the most perfect waterfront proposal followed by a party with our closest family and friends. We are so excited for this next chapter of our lives and can’t wait for all that’s to come!
