How do I RSVP?

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st. Late RSVPs may not be able to be accommodated as final guest counts will have already been sent out to vendors.

Are plus-ones and children allowed?

Answer

All invited guests will be shown on your RSVP page. We unfortunately can only have so many guests at our wedding and therefore had to limit our invites. If you believe we have forgotten someone on your invite, please let us know. We know several of our friends and families have children and we love all of them deeply. However, we do ask that if you can find other arrangements for your children, please do so. We understand that several people will be traveling and bringing children is inevitable, just understand there may not be adequate seating to accommodate the littles.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 5:00pm. Please arrive with enough time to park, make your way to the ceremony space, and be seated before the ceremony starts, no later than 4:45pm. If you arrive late, please wait at the reception barn until the ceremony has concluded to ensure there are no disruptions to the ceremony.

Will parking be available?

Answer

Parking is available, however it is limited. We ask that if you can carpool, please do so. There is a walk to the reception/ceremony area. If you need a ride on the golf cart, please let Michael and Ramey know ahead of time so that we can ensure one is available for you.

Will you be serving alcohol?

Answer

Yes. We will be having a stock the bar party closer to the wedding. If you are unable to make that, we ask that you bring a bottle or case of whatever you will be drinking to the bar area of the reception.

What should I wear?

Answer

Classy casual/semi formal. The ceremony will be under the oak trees and the reception will be in the barn, so please dress accordingly. Dress jeans are acceptable. Please wear your best dancing shoes.

Can I take photos?

Answer

Please do NOT take photos during the ceremony. We are requesting a complete unplugged ceremony as we have hired a very talented photographer for our wedding. You may take all the photos/videos during the reception, we just ask that you do not post them on social media until after the bride and groom have posted first.
