The attire is cocktail. Keep in mind it may get chilly as the sun goes down.

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes. Both will take place at our cabin venue. The reception will be laid back- we will have dinner & drinks, lots of games, music and good company!

Where should we stay?

There is a nice and affordable hotel called Choctaw Landing Hocatown that is 10 minutes away from the cabin. We recommend this for its proximity and this is where the shuttle service will pick up & drop off. Or there are so many amazing cabins available for rent on Airbnb and VRBO-however we do ask that you still take the shuttle.

Please know that the real present is your presence! Gifts are not required at all to celebrate with us but if you would like to get a gift, a contribution to our cash fund (to be used on a future honeymoon or house down payment) would be greatly appreciated or we are also registered on Amazon.

Where will the shuttle service pick us up?

Answer

We are providing a shuttle service for everyone that will pick you up and drop you back off at Choctaw Landing. Red Dirt Shuttle Service will pick up at the main entrance of Choctaw Landing Hochatown starting at 3:15, and will come again to pick up the remaining guests at 3:25. They will also drop off in 2 rounds at the end of the night. This is a quick 10 minute shuttle ride. Please do not be late for the shuttle, it will not wait.

Is the wedding outside? What if it rains?

Yes the wedding ceremony, dinner, and all reception activities are outside. The patio is fully covered so even if it rains, we party on!

No. We are providing a shuttle service to pick up and drop off at Choctaw Landing Hochatown.
