Michael and Rachel met shortly after she had returned to Houston after completing her intern year in Fort Worth. They initially met through mutual friends while out at a bar one night. Michael saw Rachel and asked her out almost immediately after meeting her. Following their first date, Rachel, quickly knew Michael was different. After getting her twin sister Lindsey's approval by inviting her along on their second date the rest has been history. Here they are four years later with a new house, two dogs, a cat and so excited to start their new life together!

Immediately following the closing on their first home together Michael got down on one knee in their empty living room and asked Rachel to marry him. He wanted it to be their first memory in their hew house.
