Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black tie optional: tuxes and gowns are preferred. For men, they should wear a dark suit with a shirt and tie ( if they don’t choose to wear a tuxedo) women should wear a floor length gown or midi / knee length cocktail dress.

Will the ceremony and reception by indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outside on the back lawn of Timuquana County Club. Guests will then enjoy the cocktail hour on the outdoor terrace and move inside to the ballroom for the reception.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Can I take pictures of the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony (no phone or cameras during the ceremony) The greatest gift you can give us to be fully present while we exchange our vows. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us so please allow them the space and freedom to do their job and capture this special moment for us. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like. However, we encourage everyone to be on the dance floor rather than looking at their phones.

Will COVID testing be required?

Answer

We will not be requiring our guests to get COVID testing before the wedding. Please use your own judgement on your level of comfort in regards to being around a large crowd before you RSVP.

Can we bring our children?

Answer

unfortunately, as much as we’d love to invite all of our friends children, we can only accommodate a few close family children. We hope that you will understand this decision and that your will still be able to join us on our special day.
