Hill's Resort
This is where Michael and I first met! Best place on the lake to grab some homemade huckleberry pie with ice cream. They have great food and drinks where you can relax on their lakefront patio. You can also rent paddle boards, kayaks and much more at the boat dock.
Ardy's Cafe
Best biscuits and gravy on the lake!
Resort at Cavanaugh's
Get a different view of the lake from Cavanaugh Bay! They serve food and speciality drinks...the pizza bites are our favorite thing on the menu!
Elkins Resort On Priest Lake
A little farther north than Hill's but another great spot to catch a cocktail or some appetizers on the lake with a beautiful lawn overlooking the lake.
Millie's
Great place to grab food or drinks or both and enjoy their fantastic patio including a sand volleyball court and pickleball court. It is located off the lake but don't let that fool you because it is a great place to enjoy the beautiful sunsets at Priest Lake.
Priest Lake Brewing
Enjoy some local brewed beers! Located just across the street from Millie's on HWY 57.
Chimney Rock Cafe
Check this place out for breakfast and some delicious pastries.
Tyee Coffee Company - The Lake
Enjoy a coffee while checking out all the Priest Lake souvenirs and learning about some history behind the name Tyee. Just a short walk down the hill from The Inn at Priest Lake in Coolin.
Crown Jewel Water Sports
Rent a boat for the day or the weekend! Lots of us will be partaking in all kinds of water sports all weekend!
Priest Lake Golf Course

Priest Lake State Park Lionhead Unit
Located on the Northern end of the lake. There are lots of camping spots for rental as well as trailheads for all kinds of hikes. The best hike that starts not too far from Lionshead is the granite slides which are natural rocks slides that you can slide down depending on the water levels.
Hunt Lake
This is a great hike to a high mountain lake not far from Coolin.
Roosevelt Grove of Ancient Cedars and Granite Falls
Located on the west side of the lake, a short drive north of Nordman. This is a short hike up Granite Creek where you can check out a nature preserve full of ancient cedar trees. The trees in this virgin forest are up to 12 feet in diameter and 150 feet tall.
Upper Priest Lake
If you're sticking around for a few days before or after the wedding, we highly recommend you either taking a boat through the thoroughfare or hiking into Upper Priest Lake. One of the most pristine lakes with some of our favorite views in the area.
Sandpoint
Sandpoint is just an hour drive from Priest Lake and offers a few tasty restaurants, a ski resort in the winter and a quaint touristy destination in the summer. If you have never experienced Northern Idaho, this is another great stop on your adventure.
