We are getting married!

It all started thanks to a matchmaker tag team: Olivia’s coworkers and Michael’s church friends. They clearly saw something we didn’t (yet) — and they were right. Our first date was at Topgolf, where we discovered that neither of us is going pro anytime soon. But between the missed swings and lots of laughter, something clicked. We grabbed dinner afterward, then ended the night sitting in Michael’s car, talking, laughing, and listening to music for hours. When Olivia got home, she had a gut feeling — he was going to be someone really special. From that night on, our connection only grew stronger. With every date, we got closer — putting God first, encouraging each other, and building something real. We quickly became best friends who couldn’t stop laughing, talking, and sharing life together. A few weeks before our one-year anniversary, Michael proposed at Duke Gardens (spoiler: she said yes!). Now here we are — planning a wedding, still laughing, still loving, still putting God first, and so excited for everything ahead.
