Flight
Dulles (IAD) is the closest airport to both the hotel and venue. Both are within a 10-minute drive and there is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel.
Flight
Reagan (DCA) is a better option for those who may be arriving earlier in the week/weekend and want to spend some time in DC. It's only a 10-minute drive from the airport to downtown DC. Even if you're not flying in early and DCA is cheaper to fly into than IAD, the airport isn't too far from the Aloft hotel - about a 35-40 minute drive.
Hotel
The hotel is 10 minutes from both the venue and IAD and there is a free shuttle to/from the airport. We've negotiated a rate of $99/night plus tax, so be sure to use the link below to book a room in our block by August 17th. There are several other hotels in the area, but this is the only one where we have a block of rooms.
