we're getting married

Our journey started in 2006 when we met through mutual friends. We were instantly drawn to one another and became friends but never pursued anything as the timing wasn’t right. We would continue throughout the years living our separate lives until 10 years later In late October when we ran into each other one night in Jersey City. All the feels came back for both of us after not seeing each other and I don’t think we wanted that special feeling to pass. A week later I would invite Q to Top Golf and we laughed the night away (& where his love for golf began😂). A few nights later Q asked me to a friends wedding as a plus one. After that we continued to chat and hang out and would share many laughs. We would eventually go to Puerto Rico with some friends on vacation and made our relationship official on a rainy beach day. Our lives have been a wild, fun, learning adventure. I never understood when people would say ‘when you know you will know’ until us. Since then we have been growing and continue to learn one another every day building our foundation. God is good and gracious. We pray that He will lead our journey and we will keep him at the center of our relationship. On Sept 24th 2022 we will take another faithful step in our journey and we can’t wait for you to be a part of it as you are someone special to us. Cheers!

In May 2021 we were vacationing in Guatemala at Lake Atitlan. Let me preface that I am really good at ruining surprises but he done good, he done good. I had no idea what would unfold on Cinco De Amo as we now like to call it. The day before we had just finished hiking the grueling Volcan Acatenango at an elevation of 13,044 ft watching lava explosions and experiencing all four seasons in one night! After hiking back down that steep volcano we both knew it was time for a little R&R. We rented the most beautiful air bnb right on the lake known as the Glass House and Q said he made reservations for dinner to unwind from the day before. I didn’t think anything of it which is again weird, because he never makes reservations like that! When we got to the restaurant no one was there except us. Natasha you are telling me you still had no idea?! I think I may have been still adjusting post hike because my spidey skills clearly weren’t working. We walk down to the water and as I made a right it all unfolded before me. Q isn’t usually the romantic but his thoughtfulness in drawing up this night made me cry happy tears. There was a sign lit up saying “Te Casarias conmigo?” with a heart made of rose petals leading to the table. He got on one knee and popped the question. I don’t think I ever smiled that hard. We danced alone near the lake the rest of the night to our favorite songs from his curated playlist and Zoomed/FaceTimed some friends and family that he had preplanned. It felt like one of the best nights with pure joy running through our bones.

Saturday, September 24th, 2022 4:30-5:30 PM Wedding Ceremony & Reception 6-11 PM We are excited to spend this special weekend with all our loved ones. Both Wedding and Reception will be held at 10PRL at 515 Bath Ave, Long Branch NJ. Ceremony will begin at 4:30PM with cocktail hour & reception taking place at 6PM. Party goes until 11pm so be sure to have some comfy shoes ready to go because we will be dancing the night away.

Day Of Wedding Parking is available in the lot of the building, Street Parking, and Additional Overflow Parking at 10 Pearl St. Additionally Uber and Lyft work in the area.
