There are loads of lovely airbnbs in the surrounding areas - anything listed in Woodstock or Maurertown will be convenient to the ceremony bus pickup/drop off at the hotels. That being said - definitely check driving times! Some of the more beautiful places to stay are on tiny, winding roads - they may look close as the crow flies but could take a fair amount of time to travel to/from.
