Where should we stay?

When should I plan to arrive?

Answer

We have no events planned for Friday night, so arriving either Friday or Saturday is great.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black tie preferred. Please note that the wedding ceremony will be outside and on grass.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please aim to arrive at the ceremony by 2:30pm. Busses will be available from the J.W. Marriott and will get you right to where you need to be.

Are kids welcome?

While we would love to see your kids, we'd also like for you to have a good time! We respectfully ask that anyone under 21 not attend.

Will there be seating at the ceremony?

Yes!

What about refreshments at the Jefferson Memorial?

Answer

While it will likely be warm on the day of the wedding, we're not permitted to serve refreshments at the ceremony itself. However, there is a National Mall concession stand nearby that will be open.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
