What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Please make sure to arrive in enough time to find a seat, take pictures of your beautiful surroundings, and sip on your welcome drink.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

They are welcome to celebrate the weekend with us, but the ceremony and reception will be adults only. If you are having any trouble finding other plans for them during that time, please let us know.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is Cocktail / Semi-formal Attire. We encourage you to dress to impress, but make sure you are comfortable. The weather should be magical, however we will be outside for the duration of the evening. Please bear that in mind when deciding on layers. Most of the areas will be paved but consider grass-friendly shoes.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will provide shuttles to and from the Flamingo Resort and B.R. Cohn. The buses will leave at 3:30pm from the hotel to the venue. They will leave again at 10pm from the venue back to the hotel.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, B.R. Cohn has a parking lot.
