When are formal invitations being sent out?

Answer

We are estimating sending out invitations in the late winter, and/or early spring.

What will the weather be like that time of year?

Answer

Temperatures are usually in the low 80s and with nights being in the low 70s. If could get a little chilly at night, since we are by the water. A light jacket is recommended.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

While we expect both the ceremony and the reception to take place outdoors at our venue, Castlegate, in the chance of rain, we do have a back up plan where both would be taking place inside the venue at Castlegate.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the venue for cocktail hour, where there will be an array of fingers, platters, and an open bar.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Unfortunately due to it being a small venue, we are limited to a certain guest list count. Please look out for details on your formal invitation, to know weather a plus-one is included in your invite.

Are Kids Welcome?

Since the guest list count is restricted, we ask you please refrain from bringing children to the event, unless otherwise stated in your formal invitation.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items we need for our new home. A link to our wedding registry can be found on this website on the top landing page.
